Currently BILL'S DILLS come packed in 16 oz. glass jars in two configurations.  BILL'S DILLS MELLOW GARLIC & HOT GARLIC DILL COCKTAIL PICKLES.  

By "Cocktail Pickles" we mean that our Dills are sliced into somewhat random shapes or chunks allowing for us to pack the jars as tightly as possible giving you more delicious goodness in every jar for your eating pleasure.

Along with Cucumbers each jar of BILL'S DILLS comes to you with Whole Pickling Spices, Whole Cloves of Garlic, Fresh Baby Dill, Beaver Brand Horseradish, & topped with a nice slice of Bermuda Onion perfect for adding to a Sandwich or a Burger...

BILL'S DILLS HOT GARLIC DILL COCKTAIL PICKLES typically come with (3) Green Serrano Chili Peppers and a Red Hot Habanero in every jar.  I'd give these about a 7 or 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 regarding HEAT depending on your tolerance.

Our Brine uses 5% Apple Cider Vinegar and Sea Salt.  Everything in the jar is edible.

BILL'S DILLS are perfect for a quick snack, garnish for your favorite Bloody Mary, Chooped and added to Tuna or Potato Salad.  Chopped a little more fine to go in your Homemade Tartar Sauce as well.  

Once everything is gone the Brine is great to Poach some Prawns and or Lobster Cocktail (Prawn Cocktail / Cocktail Pickles, get it) or as a great addition to a Marinade for Poultry & Fish.

There is a (2) jar minimum which you can mix and match any way you prefer.  For instance you can get a 6 Pack with (4) jars of Hot and (2) jars of Mellow.

We are planning on adding whole jars of Mellow Garlic Dill Sliced Bermuda Onions and Hot Garlic Dill Pickled Okra in the 16 0z. format and maybe a 32 Oz. Giardiniera.
